In complying with the current building regulations I am able to self certify my work. This saves having the building authorities make an independent assessment (an assessment which could cost £300). Domestic Gas Services has public liability insurance of two million pounds
Upon completion, the work is recorded with the relevant authorities. You will receive independent certification stating that the work carried out was in accordance with current building regulations. This certification goes towards your homeowners portfolio pack.

In commissioning a cooker or hob, checks are made to make sure that the appliance is safe, stable and that the safety devices are working correctly. Commissioning a hob, due to the restricted space beneath the work surface, is a more time consuming process.
SERVICES & REPAIR
Whether it be a gas boiler, water heater or gas fire, your appliance will be correctly serviced as specified by the manufacturers instructions.
Repairs will be assessed on site and given either a fixed price for routine repairs or and hourly rate and materials price will be given at the time.
